 Driver who was freed from jail died in crash.


Marcus Fakana 19years old was killed in crash who was just reliesed from UAE prison for having sex with 17 years old girl.

A driver has achused of killing a British teenager in a car crash after 19 year old Marcus Fakana had been releassed from Dubai prison.

Marwaan Mohamed Huseen 20 Years old crashed a BMW into a lorry , 19 years old Fakana was sitting in the car. Thier was also another passenger in the car, who was also hurt very badly in that crash. This incident took place in morning time on Octuber last year in Tottenham, North London.On friday Huseen was decided guilty for the death of Fakana by causing dangerous driving at Wood Green crown court as seen in the video from HMP Pentonvillee. Huseen did not have his ligal licience and has not made any insurance of his BMW at the time of crash, which made him guilty for causing serious injury to second oassengers sitting with Fakana in the same BMW. This crash took plass just  threee month after Fakana was free from prison in Dubai. At that time he was living with his parents in the United Arab Emirates in 2024. He had a contact with a 17 years old girl from London and had romance with her during his holidays. Fakana was released within one yearsd in prison. 


Before the dengerious crash, Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum's team were trying to stop the car in Pretoria Road in Tottenham for "Vehicle of interest". After some failure attempts the lost the vehicle view. When officers went forward in to the round way they found was already crashed. Police were doing their regular duty by doing petrolling , it was arround 12:52 am when they tried ti stop a vehicle of interest on Pretoria Road, N18"

In a statement Scotland Yard said"After pursuing the vehicle for around 60 seconds, police temporarily lost sight before locating the vehicle on The Roundway, N17, where it had been involved in a collision. “Officers were supported by the London ambulance service and the London air ambulance, and a 19-year-old man was taken to hospital where he sadly died. He has since been named as Marcus Fakana from Tottenham." Huseen is in custody after he was arredted from the crash. Judge Emma Deacon KC sent him intoi custody on Friday for his guilty.

He failed to submit basis for non-guilty and a date will be set on 27th Febraurary to sentence him.
